I don’t know how they have reached a 3.5 rating and also that outside area that’s shown on the pics online I’ve never seen and I’m sure the patients have never seen as well. My mom is there and is now flinching whenever we go to feed her as if she had been abused, she was found to have bruises on her and the complaint seemed to have fell through the cracks with no update. She is now in the hospital with severe dehydration, how would this be possible if she was cared for properly? Do not believe the description listed on. The website and do not believe the description about having a memory care unit. They do NOT do any activities with them whatsoever. I’ve even visited my mom and could not get back out of the locked door for 45 minutes because there wasn’t any employees in the area to let me out. They might as well bring the price of room and board down because it’s only a holding place for people that can’t live at home alone. And no, I will not email you about concerns. The concerns are listed in this review!!

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. We appreciate feedback and take concerns seriously. We respect patient privacy and would love to discuss specific concerns related to patients in a non-public forum—we invite you to give us a call or send us an email in order for us to maintain patient privacy and safety in discussing health information. We’d love to address some of your non-patient specific concerns as well:  The outside pictures online are the actual pictures of our current courtyard. The residents go outside to this courtyard daily when weather permits. We have a Memory Care Unit which has 12 residents on the unit. The memory care unit has been part of the facility for over 15 years now.  Our facility has 3 activities each day, and an activity calendar is posted in every resident’s room. At some of our activities, such as Bingo, we have over 30 residents that attend on average. We strive to make sure that activities and fun are part of our experience.  To maintain safety of our facility, a door code is required to exit the facility. Our staff are available to let families and visitors out of the building. This is a standard practice for a skilled nursing facility, particularly those with memory care patients. Again, we take concerns seriously and would invite you to reach out to discuss specific concerns you may have regarding a family member in our care. Thank you so much for your feedback.

If the patient can’t feed themselves they will not live long. They put the food in the room and come back to pick it up knowing the patient hadn’t eaten. They will pass away

My experience was ok until the lazy CNAs on the weekend didn’t do their jobs .They are young and inexperience, just want a pay check. They don’t take care of the patients, But the weekdays CNA are great.
